The best optical shop in the Valley. Quality work & craftsmanship, excellent customer service, decent pricing & deals. Slava does what he can to keep you as a customer, and succeeds greatly. I've had three pairs of prescriptions done here, including an old, but expensive, pair of Oliver Peoples Zeds wraps I hadn't worn for years, that they turned into a progressive lens (not an easy feat for wraps), with a light blue tint, AND transitional to a steel grey polarized sunglasses, with awesome results. Truly a magnificent job on this pair alone. As I said, the best in the Valley.

Went to one glasses place and had horrible service, the we found Optics Universe and they are very friendly and instantly knew what I needed and gave me an amazing pair of glasses, Thank You so much Highly recommend!

I literally stumbled across Optical Universe while looking for another optician. And boy did the "Universe" send me to the most perfect place! I live in NJ and picked up my new sunglasses prior to leaving for L.A.. It was in L.A. where I was able to "test" out my new sunglasses and found that not only was the prescription off, but they were not adjusted properly to my face. Slava was a sweetheart, he adjusted my glasses and explained why I couldn't see out of my glasses. My intent that day was to just get my glasses adjusted. But because he was genuinely helpful (and a mensch) I decided to purchase pair of glasses from him. I picked them up today and OMG, I can see!! They're perfect! When I returned to NJ, I brought my sunglasses back to my optometrist and he agreed with Slava's findings and replaced my sunglasses. Optical Universe is the place! And they have an awesome selection of frames too!

Optical Universe is a great optical store! Besides having a wonderful selection, including all the top designers at a fair price, the owner Slava is amazing! He is so knowledgeable, nice and funny! I just received my second pair of glasses from him, and they are beautiful, light weight and came in perfect! I love them as much as my sunglasses, and of course I get lots of complements on both! He's honest, not pushy and knows what looks best on your face! He gives great customer service and is very patient and easy to talk to. I used to go elsewhere, but now will ONLY go to Optical Universe and Slava! THE BEST!!!
