Hate cashiers upselling.

Darn cashier was so focused on upselling us on their stupid deal of the day item she neglected to ask us if we had an PC Optimum card to swipe. We noticed we didn't have points when we got to the car so my wife went back inside to get them to put them on her card. The customer service clerk said she couldn't do it there , that my wife would have to go through the whole bill to see how many points we were screwed out of and phone pc optimum center. We did and the lady on the other end said we are poop out of luck. I guess we will go to Sobeys and use and accumilate our scene points. Superstore you screwed up big time. We normally spend over $600 every 2 weeks. Now our business is going elsewhere. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

Extremely large grocery store that carries a bit of everything...clothing, pharmacy, medical clinic, housewares and finally... groceries. One of the cheapest places to pick up groceries, if you can handle the hour or so that it takes to walk the isles. Good place to shop when it is not busy, but it can be a 'mad house' at times. I am going to try their online grocery shopping and pay a small fee and pick up. Will be nice to let someone else shop for my groceries...at the holiday season, I think that it will be worth the couple of dollars. Staff are pleasant, and they are good with returns. Groceries are cheap enough and the sales are good. Do not like the sale price when it is a minimum of X amount to get the sale price.

Great store. Often very busy, but big enough that you don't feel over crowded. Their natural foods and international aisle are great. I love the selection.

It's fine. No waiting to check out. Excellent french bread. Best bargain in town on loaves of store baked bread.

I understand that costumer service isnt easy and yes its busy today. This Christine on casher 9 walk seems like a model on a red carpet and no apologies for costumers who's waiting in line or even just explain whats happening. Got no complain for the stuff I bought are all good.

This is a multipurpose stop: pharmacy, mobile service, foods, houseware, eye glasses (consults included), lottery, bath and toiletries, and probably more. I find it easy to go in and out most. The option to do self check-out is great (no cash, only credit/debit allowed). Open untill 11 at night, and most of the holidays! Also, they have a great rewards program.
