Tim is weird but isn't everyone . ..I see all the other reviews and see their point . I have known them for about 10 years (even when they were across from the Lowe's in lakewood . Dr Yoon is great ,Tim kind of grows on you after a while ,very thorough but sometimes forgetful (only human)Don't let the negative reviews stop you from your decision . Probably during the time of training a new person was around the time that he had a heart attack. He has a weird since of humor but is still an awesome guy to BS with.My wife and I enjoy this place. Thanks for listening . ..Retired Navy Veteran

Dr. Yoon is very friendly yet professional. I can't say the same for his male receptionist Tim or the Asian lady receptionist. If you don't have "good" insurance, You're treated as such! I went to have an eye exam for eyeglasses. Not only was I given the option to select from only around 20 pairs of glasses, but they all looked the same. I wasn't even properly measured then or when I went back to pick up my glasses, which was 3 weeks later! Needless to say, I won't be going back there!

Office Manager, Tim is the WORST!! When I went for my eye exam, he was training a new employee and I felt so terrible for her as he was mean, rude and down right ugly to her. He spoke down to her and this was all done loudly where everyone in the office could hear everything that was said. The Dr. was great and friendly. I would never go back there for the reason of Tim.
