I really like the quality and the customer service. The prices are very good in comparison to other places. They have a wide range of models. I have been their customer for almost 5 years and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality and perfect price.

Visited this store a few weeks back as I am in the market for a new pair of prescription sunglasses and I like to check a place out BEFORE I spend my money. I asked if they would realign a pair of glasses that had been knocked about. They asked if I had bought them there, and when I said no, they said they usually only repair glasses they have sold. She did straighten them out for me, reluctantly, but she did a lousy job - still can't wear them. I indicated that I was looking to make a purchase but the service was still was surly and off hand. Most eyeglasses places I have visited will do minor adjustments, even if they didn't sell the glasses, as they understand customer service. This place definitely does not . Won't be going back - giving them a single star (against my better judgement) because I can't post this otherwise

I bought two pairs of eye glasses here over last three years. I didn't pay too much attention on the price back then. I just focused on the quality of the glasses and lenses. Overall, I felt satisfied with what i got. Now, I need a new pair of glasses again, when I happened to read the reviews this morning, I felt not sure if I should go back to this store or another store. I could remember that the item I bought here before wasn't cheap. However, the quality was OK.

My glasses was bended and I came to this place to fix. The lady in the front charged me $10 for pair to adjust. Then she said $5 since my glasses are very easy to adjust and she didn't want her boss to know this.
