TERRIBLE! It is a terrible optical store. I was interested in a pair of glasses but the color that I like was not available. The sales representative ask me to pay $10 deposit to order one for me to try and he said it is refundable if I do not like the glasses. went back to try it but the color shows on the internet is different than the actual one. I asked for the $10 deposit back but the manager in the store said the sales rep quit the job so they cannot return me the deposit!!? now I know I need to record the conversation if I go to the store for anything. They just do whatever they want to do.

They have a great selection of frames from $150and up to$200. Both the manager Paul and Victoria were very helpful and accommodating. They gave excellent advise on the type of frame and lenses and price point suiting the budget we wanted to spend for out daughter. Also, very knowledgeable. We will refer all our friends to Luxury Eyewear. It is truly a place you can buy in confidence. RJ

BEWARE! DONT SHOP HERE! I purchased prescription sunglass, just the lenses alone were close to $400. First of all they took forever, two weeks or more. Then the prescription wasn't even close, the lenses didn't fit into the frame and the lenses were barely tinted. An employee named David wouldn't help me. Paul, the manager who I purchased the lenses from won't refund my money either. These guys are a joke. Save your money and run.

Wonderful service at Luxury Eyewear . Victoria was very awesome and helpful , even though some of the other workers didn't bother getting up and assisting me when I walked in. If you ever go here she's the person to go to !

To bad you can’t give zero stars... was in the store looking for a frame or two for over 15 minutes and did not even get a simple “hello”. Horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.
