Very nice office staff and Dr. Kapongo is professional and thorough. I cannot get a dr. In Victoria and it is an easy 30 minute drive from home. Appointment was on time.

The times that are listed as being open, mean nothing. I have showed up there on numerous occasions, only to not get medical care. I showed up today at 9 a.m. (May 31, 2019) to have some critical prescriptions renewed and was told the doctor that could do that wouldn’t be there until 2 p.m. Nonsense.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dr Kabongo is an excellent and professional doctor. He referred me to get certain tests and because of that I was diagnosed and being treated for a life threatening illness. Thank you Dr. Kabongo for your awareness and recommending proper tests. Always has a warm hand shake and acknowledgement. He is a genuine , caring doctor and my fiancé and I feel honored and blessed to be his patients.

The receptionists are polite and friendly. I have seen two walk in doctors here for a work safe related injury. The first doctor was not too bad but was quick to simply sign me off work and be done with me without much investigation. My second visit was the worst. The doctor was quick to just give me a prescription and shoo me away, giving less than 5 minuets of time. Both situations I felt communication was a struggle and I left feeling confused and rushed away. Will not be coming back.

Always an issue?!? My 5th visit each time I’ve had to come back or wait to see the doctor again... Prescriptions not filled in properly twice, doctor has no idea why I’m there to see him, doctor repeats the obvious from prior history but looks no further?!?
