Horrible at communicating things in a timely fashion. Not easy to work with. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I saw Megan McConville here last December and will not return. I went in to get my prescription renewed before heading back to school in Montana. Nothing about my prescription changed, but I indicated some interest in trying new contacts and she immediately handed me the most expensive option out there to “try out.” I found it interesting that she gave me only one option. Most eye doctors typically give the patient a few options. And I voiced my concern about the price but she did not offer any other lens trials. When I called in a few days later to get my prescription, I learned that she had written my prescription up for the expensive lens and that I couldn’t buy the ones I had before - even though my vision and contact fit was exactly the same as last year. She had fitted me for the pricy ones during my appointment without allowing me to actually try them out for a week or so, and had made the decision that I would order them without my consent. And they did not give me my prescription directly after the fitting, which they are required by law to do. I called them (since I live in Montana during the year) repeatedly to ask them to change the prescription for a month and every time they said they would talk to the doctor and get back to me. But they never did. So I ended up paying for another eye doctor to fit me with a more affordable lens. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for an honest and cooperative optician.

Timely. Professional exam and fitting. Nice frame selection.
