Really cannot complain. The manager was very very helpful when we were just browsing, asking if we wanted a coffee or drink... Then gave us a tray to hold all of the gitems we were looking at. He took time to give us all the info and pricing we needed and then left us alone to make our decisions. I purchased some sun glasses, which were unfortunately slightly scratched, but only noticed when I got home. I returned a week later and they offered the same glasses but with polarised lenses instead... Upgrade! Very happy with the service! Thank you.

Waited for around 10mins, staff members just walked past with zero acknowledgement, we had to approach staff members to ask for assistance. Upon questioning the level of service and why staff don’t even acknowledge customers, Nabia responded “if you are going to be like that I refuse to help you”, shocked we spoke to Harry the manager who without being present defended the staff member on the spot. Staff and manager then joined in a chat to discuss us, very unprofessional. Luckily Gemma was the only one staff member that assisted us, nevertheless, I would recommend going to another vision express with welcoming staff or another opticians altogether, this store isn’t very welcoming.

Awful Twice they were unable to understand what glasses I needed. They bullied me into choosing between lenses that were the same blurryness that I kept saying they both both the same blurryness so I ended up with the wrong glasses after spending two hours in the chair each time. Went to specsavers they had no problem with the fact two lens were just as blurred for me and I quickly got what I needed
