Prices are reasonable. I'm finding it harder to find products that I want to buy. What happened to Ben & Jerry's coconut based I've cream? Why does most of the bread have dairy in it? I accidentally bought soy cheese that was in the vegan section, but it wasn't dairy-free. Great sales on small kitchen appliances.

I like the wide variety of food here.. one thing I cannot stand is how we have to bag our own groceries.. it’s not even the fact that I, myself, have to bag mine.. it’s when I see an elderly lady/man getting shoved down the line like cattle trying to move as quickly as they can to bag their groceries... My teenage boy has helped many struggling with this.. it needs to be addressed. I haven’t been back for months now because of this

Very frustrated to learn that Superstore is greatly reducing its international food aisle selection in Western Canada. Previously, there has been a good selection of great products. Today, I could no longer find any of my regular items in this section.

Decent prices but customer service is lacking in so many ways....there are some helpful people but if you need help most of the time it's nowhere to be found, or an employee will just point and say "it's over there". Walk over with me and show me and be helpful. It's not going to kill you!!! Good service goes a long ways!!
