Friendly staff, and good service. I usually go for the manager, Sam. He's very knowledgeable and skillful. However he's not working there any more. I heard he opened his own store in Aberdeen Square next to Dr. Herman Shen. Go for him, and you won't regret!

I rarely write long reviews if at all, but I highly recommend Smart Eyewear. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They have a vast selection of frames including high-end brand names. Most notably, Sam goes above and beyond when helping his customers. He has spoken to my optometrist when needed, he has repaired frames so perfectly that the previous damage was unnoticeable, and he knows the answer to any questions about lenses that one could think of. My family and I would never go anywhere else. The staff are all fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

I never write reviews so today decided it's time. I've been shopping at Smart Eyewear for almost 20 years. Have purchased about 10 pairs of glasses and sunglasses. I have tried 2 other eyewear shops in Richmond which we're also good, but Smart Eyewear's selection, pricing, knowledgeable staff and superb service always bring me back. Yes they can get quite busy sometimes but that's a good sign. Thanks for being real professionals, crafting great pairs of glasses over the years and looking out for your customers first. That's how you run a GOOD business! Please keep it up.
