The opticians are amazing at Roberts and Brown! I walked in feeling super stressed and I left feeling so much better! They looked right at me and knew exactly what would look good on me and gave me their honest opinion! They didn’t try to get me to buy super expensive frames either which was so nice! The opticians were both so kind and helpful in person and on the phone. I’ll definitely be going back for future needs and referring people to them!

Poor staff service & quality control. We settled on a frame due to the lack of choices that could fit our 2 yr. old and after the fitting we left for home and when we arrived we noticed that there were horizontal scratches on one of the lenses. Due to how even the three horizontal scratches were and the fact that they went right to the edge of the lens we knew it must be a defect. I called them immediately but instead of acknowledging that there might have been a defect or problem they tried to pass it off that my son was responsible for the scratches. A fair assumption, however he was in the car seat and with the glasses not more than an hour. Another trip back to the store and they replaced the lens. Less than a week after the replacement we noticed that the other lens was getting really scratched up. We had paid extra for scratch proof coating so why was there numerous scratches on the other lens as well. Back to the store, this time they mentioned that the lab reported to them that there was indeed an issue with the coating and they should have done due diligence and replaced both lenses. More time goes by and they replace the second lens but must have lost the original screw so they used a larger screw which sticks out of the frame. We felt like we had to put in too much effort in handling/replacing things that should have been delt with in the begining.

Good service. Good verity of glasses. They fix my Ray-Ban glasses at no cost, because I am their regular customer.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND EVER GO BACK!! Have been coming here for a few years for my kids glasses, they are more expensive then regular places but the first few times it was well worth it. The last few times we have entered the store we have not been treated well. Not a friendly atmosphere, my daughter was directed by my husband to pick out the glases she wanted, because previously we picked them out and being older we thought she should this time. The lady helping kept going to a certain pair and my husband was a little annoyed as he wanted her to pick them out. We ended up getting a refund as we were not happy with a few other things and after talking to a lady on the phone I have to say customer service is lacking! Also she lied about how my husband talked to her on the phone!

I often shop in the mall and stopped in today to see if I could make an appointment for new contact lenses. I was directed to a women who specializes in contacts and when I asked her about getting new ones, was told that they didn't sell over the counter and that I would have to make an appointment ( I didn't ask to buy them over the counter, simply that I needed new ones). She asked what type I wear and I couldn't remember she responded with " You don't know what brand of contact lenses you wear? " in a condescending tone. After ignoring the comment. I asked to make an appointment and she told me they were booked up today. I asked if we could check the appointment book for what would be available and she flat out refused to look and told me to go to another optician. This was not only incredibly rude behavior but unprofessional. I was neither rude nor demanding. Pretty disgusting. Do not go there unless you would like to be treated like crap.
