I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I went in, had my eye exam, picked the frame and that's it. They are all very nice and polite and I needed my glasses as soon as possible and he made sure I got them within 2 days. I just picked them up and I am really very happy with them!!!

Disgusting rude people, all they want is your money money money. They didnt have frames/glasses my Insurance covered and forced me to buy a 200$ pair, charged me more since i didnt want contacts. A joke of a business, dont let the nice store Sign fool you. Its pure fu/

By far my worse experience. I had asked if my glasses could be ready a certain day becarse i was leaving on vacation for 2 months and the answer was “Yes sure as long as you leave a $100 plus deposit “ That was on a Tuesday my glasses were promised to be ready on Saturday midday. I called prior to leaving my house to find out ir glasses were ready. And the nasty, rude lady in the front desk told me that they never have the glasses ready so soon that it usually takes 2 weeks for the glasses to be ready. I explained to her my situation and that I was leaving the following for two months and she told me I would have to wait until I get back. So I left without my glasses and very upset. Finally after a few months went by they finally called me to tell me that my glasses were ready for pick up and that they apologized for the misunderstanding and that they would take a few dollars off my glasses. Never fxxxing again.

Worst place ever, they tried to triple charge me for an eye exam because I didn't want to purchase contact lenses from them, they wouldn't give me my prescription. Next I witnessed how they charged a lady $500 for frames which you can buy online for $150. Disrespectful and nasty people. Stay away for your own good.

I went there a few years back for the first time. When it came down to the frames they worked within my budget knowing that I had a large family and if I recall correctly they even gave me frames and charged me lower than the actual price. I decided to go back again after years, so lets see if the service changed or not.
