Took my mother in to replace broken reading glasses which are vital to her, told 10 days. 😬Ordered spare distance too because of deal. Went in to collect, both pairs came back distance. Have to wait at least another week. I asked what happened, 'staff member must have checked wrong box on the computer'. She is extremely disappointed. She will cancel social activities as a result. Would recommend if you use this store you double check they have ordered the right product.

I phoned up Vision Express in Derry this morning around 10am. I talked to a very personable young man called Barry who gave me an appointment for 1210. Immediately I was seen by another young man who was very polite and kind as he carried out some checks. I was then immediately seen by the Optometrist(Gerry Mc Crudden) who spent a long time checking my eyes . He was also calm and patient and explained everything as he went along. Best experience I have ever had at the Opticians. I even got offered a welcome cup of coffee as I waited for my eye drops to take effect. I have never written a review before but felt that I must do on this occasion Thank You All Margaret Edema
