I have just collected my glasses having had some teething problems with them. I must praise the service of the staff for their care and friendliness. Nothing has been too much bother for them. A special mention must go to Richard who over my visits has been so patient with me and thanks to him I'm able to sit here with my costa coffee and read the paper comfortably. Thanks.

At my appointment I was greeted at the door and didn’t have to wait long to be taken. I was given plenty of time to complete the eye examination and it was thorough. The only negative - it's hard to get someone to answer the phone when they are busy! The answer machine often comes on to allow you to leave a message, but it takes a while for them to respond to the message; sometimes the message is actioned but they don't let you know, and on 2 occasions no action was taken!
