Excellent service from professional and friendly staff. Always ready to help and provide great eye care and testing. Have used the Big Optician for several years for contact lenses and eye tests and always had a very positive experience. Much more customer focused and personal than the large chains. Would recommend.

I felt really looked after at this opticians, the waiting room felt incredibly modern and they offered coffee and water and were really kind. The woman who tested my eyes was really nice and there was an absolutely brilliant selection of glasses with all sort of price ranges. With the help of one of the assistants I found some glasses that really suit me and they came quickly after I ordered them. Would definitely recommend.

Keith has looked after my wife's and my eyes for many years now and we would not consider going anywhere else. He is very thorough, friendly and attentive, as are all his staff, and in keeping up with the latest technology you know you are getting the very best care for your eyes. There is a wide variety of frames to choose from with help in making your choice in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely people, friendly and helpful. They really knew their stuff and it was nice to be so well looked after 10/10!! Even better, I saved money on some very nice Lindberg glasses -compared to other opticians and they had a really good range to try out.

I've wearing glasses for over twenty years now, using the well known high street optician chains. I visiting The Big Optician because my wife thinks the great. I went expecting her comments to be over hyped but I was completely wrong. All of the staff were helpful and the atmosphere inside was nice and sunny, helped by the south facing view. We were offered coffee when we arrived, (I do recommend their coffee) and they explained everything in detail in a way I could easily understand. I won't be going anywhere else. Rob
