Amazing help from Mark and Eduarda. Had broken my glasses on the way to Bristol .Really urgently needed them. Fantastic help and very prompt.

Not very good explanation of lenses and costs. The lady who was supposed to help me choose glasses just ignored me and wasnt helpful. Was a shame because the optometrist herself was really really lovely.

The testing was carried out well. Was only let down when I went to pick the glasses up as I specifically asked them to be transferred to another branch which I was told would be ok to do so, but this never was the case and only was told my glasses were ready once I had made the call 3days after I was told they would be ready by.
