Great experience in this branch. I had a query regarding a scratch on my lens, the manager of the store was very helpful and assured me he could resolve it as soon as possible! The standards and efficiency has improved a lot in this branch and would highly recommend!

Had a good experience with my eye test and then ordered glasses and was told these will take about a week to be ready. I called after 9 days to ask when they will be ready and they didn’t know, said they will check and call me back. Got a quick call back saying there had been a problem with the lenses and there will be a further delay of 10 working days. Lenses are fitted in Nottingham at a central point and cannot understand why it takes so long to get fairly standard lenses and install. Logged a complaint but poor comms and no real offer to put right quickly or escalate. Will not use next time.

Very poor customer service. I have been seating for 20 min with no explanation about delay plus very rude assistant.

Appalling service not only over the phone (misinformation), but also in store (indifference). Not a recommended branch. The lady at the main desk was condescending and obtuse - offering no support or alternatives to my query. I haven't experienced such poor customer service in a long time. Very disappointing, but not sadly surprising; I am a Vision Express customer of over 10 years, and the level of service I have received in both the Westfield and Ealing branches in recent memory has gradually declined - sadly now enough to make me change opticians.

Great service and the optometrist called Afia is really nice and professional.
