Wonderful customer service. They we're great from beginning to end. The eye doctor took his time. The staff helped me pick the right frames with all the options I wanted. They even rushed my glasses because I broke last pair. They were wonderful from beginning to end.

My husband and I have used Wilkins for years. The folks there are friendly and the Doctor gives an A1 eye exam. Very thorough and he's very patient. They have a large selection of frames and stand behind their sales.

The ladies at the front check in and adjustment counter are very friendly. Has that family small business atmosphere. Prices of frames and lens are the same as it would be at any other place. What makes this place different is they have every frame in every style you can think of. Even sport frames which can be used as sun glasses and active ware. I once had an old pair of glasses that where all scratched up. They could very well have charged me for new lenses. But instead they were able to remove the protective coating which was scratched. Save me from having to purchase another pair of glasses until my next exam. Just charged me for removing the film. Doctor on duty doesn't talk much and kids don't really care for him. Maybe he needs a happy pill to start his day. Great place easy to get to. Oh they also have a clearance rack of frames. Great deals.
