I wonder who actually gave negative reviews to this place. Staff is attentive, professional, friendly, and very accurate! Extremely pleased with the optometrist I saw today, informative and professional. Great job! Will be back to get my glasses UPDATE: Went back when my eyes were a terrible mess and could barely keep them open due to discomfort. Was told the optician I had seen before wasn't in, and no one else would see me that day. Terrible service, so updating my review.

Literally just off the phone with a woman who hung up on me. I called to make an appointment and was told I’m not due another one yet, so I told her I need one as my eye sight is getting worse. Last time I had to have an appointment sooner as well because my eye sight is getting worse and worse very quickly. Last time I was told that if there was a change in my prescription I wouldn’t need to pay for the appointment as it’s covered by the NHS however this time she said that I’ll need to pay unless I buy glasses from them. When I said I don’t want to book with them and will go elsewhere she said that it’s the same everywhere and hung up once I said that I haven’t been charged by anyone before. Needless to say I won’t be back

Incredibly helpful in providing urgent contact lenses when I'd run out on a business trip to Glasgow. A 30-day supply arrived at the store after I'd left and arranging to have them sent to my home address has been no trouble (about to be sent). Great customer service. Thanks!

Atrocious customer service. No focus on the customer, a shambles. Delinquent in calling back after they say they will about arranging appointments. Will not return to use their services again in the future.
