Had to return my husband's glasses a year ago when they neglected to put the glare protection on them. Recently the bridge of mine broke. I've uploaded photos. They were Burberry. I asked how such expensive glasses could be so poorly made. The bridge is plastic, made to look like chrome. There are tiny screw holes with a miniscule amount of plastic remaining. This poor design is obviously destin to break. According to Hadia, I was just paying for the name. I asked if they could order a replacement bridge but Hadia claimed that entirely new frames had to be ordered. I'm still waiting because apparently, it takes a long time to get them from Italy and they are on back order. It has been over a month. Hadia refused to give me any contact information of her supplier. Hadia also refused to give me the names of the manager or owner of Visions. She said she couldn't. Then she told me to sit down and wait while she ate lunch and then she would tell me their names. I demanded to be told immediately. Finally she gave me a first name of a manager. I had to then demand the last name. In response to my complaint that she knowingly sold me bad quality glasses and now takes no responsibility, Hadia told me that those were the ones that I wanted. She told me repeatedly that she has nothing to do with the quality of the product or the lack of service. She has lied to me again and again. Her attitude is dismissive. She shrugs off any responsibility. I don't even believe that she has bothered to order my replacement frames that are supposedly on back order.

Avoid this place. There is young stupid lady who doesn't stay in the counter which she should- that currently working there is ridiculous. She is very unfriendly and almost no manner. I used to be a satisfied customer hence i went back a few times when the previous lady (it was asian lady) was working there. After she left, although i am repeated customer. She should of get fired. This moron girl just really pissed me off with her attitude. Don't waste your time to go in there. You'll regret!

Don't book an appointment to check your vision if you don't take in consideration to wait for more than 1 hour after your booking time.

I bought a pair of glasses from them, and one of the arms fell off almost immediately. I brought them back for repairs, and when I returned to pick them up, the other arm fell off onto the counter. Obviously those frames were defective - I wanted a new model, because I didn't want to be dealing with the hassle of perpetually broken glasses. After a long argument, they agreed to provide me with new glasses of my choice - I was happy with this conclusion. I understand that they had to order new lenses at their own cost, but this should have in turn been directed to the frame manufacturer, not the consumer. In order to cut costs, they didn't order the scratch proof lenses I had paid for. My brand new glasses only lasted me a few months before they were too scratched to be functional. BEWARE, they do not warranty defective products.

I visited the store this weekend and was very impressed with the service and the wide variety of options for us to choose from. My family was happy with the deal that they offered us and we decided to get approximately 4 pairs of glasses. Looking forward to picking up my new specs !!
