Never come here, you are risking being deceived and lost your money. I needed the new prescription for glasses. I did it in Sheridan mall, but their doctor did the wrong prescription. I understood it when I tried on new glasses from their optical. I couldn't walk with new glasses, and I felt a strong headache. When I came to the doctor, she started to shout on me and expelled from the cabinet. I just wanted to return my money back for the wrong prescription. I asked the owner about return my money back for glasses because it was not my mistake, it was their doctor. And got nothing! The guys refused to return my money back for wrong glasses which I couldn't use!! I lost 60 bucks on the wrong prescription, and I lost 180$ for wrong glasses! finally, the guys returned only 120$ for a frame, and they left 60$ themselves for lenses for glasses! it's not honestly! the guys cheated on me for 120$! Also when I came to them with the new prescription from other optics, they couldn't read my new prescription. They didn't see astigmatism and I have less minus then I had from their optics. I spent 120 dollars and 3 months and I got nothing. I will complain about the doctor because such a doctor doesn't need to work and brings harm to people. Also, I will complain about the Sheridan Optics to BBB (Better Business Bureau). Never come here, you are risking being deceived and lost your money. p.s. It is not true that you wrote. Firstly, it is your doctor Irina Kay who put the wrong prescription and it’s not my problem why the glasses don’t fit. When I ordered glasses for a new prescription in another place, I already feel great for two weeks with new glasses. Secondly, if for you the difference in -0.50 is a “small” difference, then this indicates your non-professionalism. Because for healthy vision it is a big difference. My new recipe is -2, -3 each eye. And yours was -2.25, and -3.5 it means that you could not even read the correct prescription from another place. Of course, I could not wear your glasses for longer than five minutes, because your glasses was too strong for me and of course I felt a headache. Everything I saw like from fish lense. Who cares about it? your Sheridan Optical center cares only about money. Also when I came back to my second doctor he explained to me, what does it mean 0.25 that you call "small difference" it is not value for minus, it is astigmatism. But you can not understand it, because you can not read it correctly like a professional. Therefore, you are only deceiving people and do not want to return money to owners. The difference in recipes is less than a month to say that a lot of time has passed between prescriptions. And never happen such when after three weeks you got better vision than you had earlier. It is impossible. And you also demanded additional payments for thin lenses during the week, and after that we refused, you decided to replace it supposedly for free. But again you could not even read the correct prescription from another place. Of course, after this situation, I went to another place. Good companies are always on the client side and do not cheat like you. And your doctor Irina Kay is an unrestrained woman who raises her voice to customers and she drives out customers from optics. We already complained about her work to college. Your doctor Irina Kay makes eyes worse and harms health. What did you do for 60 dollars? Nothing. You deceive people on money. What does your doctor do for 60 dollars? Nothing, except the wrong prescription. In total, I spent 120 dollars and my time. And I needed to explain what do numbers mean in my new prescription. It is really crazy an Optical center. I really hope that people will not come to Sheridan Optical center because really here work not professional workers and theirs a doctor.

The first time i booked an eye exam, the doctor was on vacation so i had to wait 2 weeks. I got my first pair of glasses there for $300. But the second time I booked an eye exam, they said saturday at 8:00. On saturday, they called and made it 8:40. The third time i went, they said 6 on tuesday. I went at 6 on tuesday and it was closed. I checked the date multiple times on the phone and they confirmed 6 on tuesday. When i went, they said the doctor wasnt even there. I would have to wait another week. The front desk man does not value our time. Each time i could actually go get my eyes checked, it was a 30 min delay from the last costumer. Dont ever come here. Wasted time and money.
