Face furniture is great glasses shopping experience - the owners are very kind, honest with you (clearly not just trying to sell you a set of frames but the right set of frames), and knowledgeable. Their collection is amazing, unique and of high quality - the selection far surpasses any other store I've seen in the city, including the group of lens stores on queen street west. There are all types of frames from the super extravagant to the sober but clearly very nice frames. They are super quick - I got my frames in one week and the owners were very nice. Also, this is a local, family run business. You can get there easily by jumping on the college streetcar and getting off at Parliament street.

If you look for a new eyeglasses and you like to look different, elegant and unique - go to Face Furniture. The place has the richest selection of the eyeglasses frames. I felt there like Willy Wonka in the chocolate factory. After looking for three months, I found a frame that is just what was looking for. Tewfik was helpful, witty and... patient. I will shop there again.

By far one of the best locations in Toronto for "out of the ordinary" sunglasses and vintage frames (that will win you compliments). The owner has a really good inventory that makes choosing what you want kind of difficult, and that doesn't happen to me at most eye shops. Very good service, and if the shop isn't that busy the owner will give you a lot of industry information on the various different brands he sells. A favorite spot for me...hands down.
