I wish there was an option to give 0 stars to this place. I have been a regular customer since 4 years now but today was the last day I stepped into this place. I placed an order September 9, till today I have not received the product. After countless follow ups, I was provided a written guarantee to pick up today and still I didn’t receive it. After being frustrated I asked my money to be refunded- I talked to the owner who is most arrogant business person (McLaughlin and Raylawson) location said- Do whatever you can- go to legal route, business bureau or social media, yelled to his customers. I am surprised by such conduct from business people. Please avoid going here as there are many opticians who respect their customers and value their time.

Mandeep and team are fantastic. They actually take the time to care and understand their client. I will always suggest my friends to come here. Plus I will not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Good deals but take more than a week to arrive

Great experience visiting here, the staff was very informative. Mandeep was very helpful, offering me advice on a specific style I had been looking for and making sure it was the right one for me. The glasses came in very quick and have been awesome so far. Would definitely recommend.

Beware of the fake reviews. They are from close friends and family members of this business. I purchased a pair of designer frames here and the prices are extremely high for low quality products made in China. Yes! My Italian designer glasses are made I. China. Don’t waste your time and money.
