They very friendly and help you choose the right glasses for you. They finish your glasses within 2-3 days.

Anoop was able to take the time with me to pick out a beautiful pair of glasses and there was a lot to choose from. Even though there were other people in his store he treated me as if I was the only one that was there and I really appreciated that. He was able to get my glasses with the proper lenses to me very quickly and even dropped them off to my work when they arrived. This goes to show you why the store is busy and why his Google reviews are so fantastic because of the extra value he brings to the business.

My family and I recently visited Optical King this past weekend. The staff was extremely friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and took his time during the examination. Great service and great selection. Thanks ANOOP for all your help. I highly recommend Optical King!`

With so many Optical stores so close to each other I walked into Optical King thinking "I'll get the same high pressure to buy right now", feeling. I was pleasantly surprised at how inviting and knowledgeable the staff was, the selection was plentiful and you could try on the frames without someone breathing over your shoulder. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of glasses and the turnover from order to pick-up was within days. Really good experience, getting my next pairs here for sure!

I will not be returning to this office in the future. The first time I went in my appointment ended up being longer than anticipated even though I saw someone be seen as a walk-in before me even though I had an appointment. I let it go because the staff were super nice and friendly. I was told that I would get new tinted glasses but when I went to pick up my glasses there was no tint at all but since my insurance wasn't charged for this I let it go. Then weeks later I was having problems with my eyes. My eyelids were jumping and twitching which was very uncomfortable and at times made me want to put my head through a wall, so I booked an appointment (my insurance was already used up) and was seen the same day. I told the optometrist about the twitches and that I worked on a computer for 10 hours straight 4 days a week and I thought that maybe my eyes were bothering me because of this. He basically told me it was stress and there was nothing he could do about it then he charged me $60. I was not satisfied so I went to a second optometrists who confirmed that I had eye strain because of using the computers. I was advised to use cold and/or warm packs on my eyes and follow the 20-20 rule when working. My eyes are doing much better now. The ice helps A LOT and I no longer want to put my head through a wall. I am also looking into computer glasses to prevent this problem from happening again. Optical King is not very educated when it comes to all eye conditions or they just don't care at all. I am so disappointed with their treatment. I will be taking my eyes and my insurance elsewhere.
