Retired

Been dealing with Kanda Optical at the Eglinton W. location for the last three years. Very friendly and professional staff also quick response to orders etc. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. A special callout to Anjou? I am not sure if this is how her name is spelled. She continues to provide me with very friendly and courteous service. John T.

I would never go back to Kanda optical ever again. They don't know what they are doing. They messed up my numbers big time. Eyes are serious business my eyes felt like they have been damaged more since before. I paid $ 289/- just for the lenses. They sweet talk you in buying everything that is available in glass making but their technician are good for nothing. And I spoke to some of my friends they had Similar experiences. I seriously believe Kanda optical are cheating people.

I couldn't be happier with my glasses all my friends are asking where I get my glasses from. very pleased withe the service and product I have received.

Great place and friendly staff. I had to have a screw which was lost on my prescription sunglasses that I brought in. No questions asked, they fixed it and cleaned up the frame and lens for me for no charge! Definitely will be coming back here for my next prescription

My husband and I decided to purchase our glasses and sunglasses from Kanda optical not only did Kanda beat the price for our designer glasses in comparision to other retailers but Neha’s outstanding customer service and friendly personality made the process so much easier. I would totally recommend this location to everyone. You will not be disappointed!
