Kanda Optical at Milton location provided amazing service for my son. The whole staff is very friendly and provided very good advise while selecting frame and the glasses. They were vey patient with our questions and made sure we were satisfied. They also shared good practices for taking good care about eyes. Thank you guys

I purchased my prescription glasses from here recently. Great customer service and frame options. Extremely fairly priced too. I got mine within 2 weeks of placing my order. I liked that they weren't pushy (like my first time visiting the store) and the options were already enough to have me return for a day when I had more time to try and place an order. Will return for sure.

Well what do you know? Third time lucky! Yahoo! I can't express how happy I am with this optical outfit after getting the Royal Runaround by two previous optical places here in Milton. First of all, the owner of the store is Tanveer and your first impression is that...he knows his eyeglasses! He is a professional. One look at my damaged Rayban Clubmaster the previous optician couldn't find a replacement for...and he finds it within seconds on the Luxottica website! Secondly, it's not about upselling at this place. It's about getting you what you really need. Do you need bifocals you were originally prescribed two optometrists ago (and what a train wreck that was!) or do you simply need reading glasses for work and reading? Within minutes I was sold on replacing the frames to my existing reading glasses (Hallelujah!) and Tanveer and Kiran Pal set about patching up my existing reading glasses with a temporary rubber bridge as a stop-gap until my new glasses were ready. Now that was thoughtful of them! Why didn't I come here sooner? (And the temporary patch held for the required period of time too! Wonderful!) My new glasses were ready precisely on the day I was told they would be and Kiran Pal popped-out the reading lenses from the old frames and popped them into the new frames. Presto! Then she even popped in the tinted sun glass lenses from the new frames into the old frames and Voila! Basically a free pair of Rayban Clubmaster W0365 sunglasses...albeit it with a broken bridge. But who cares! It's the thoughtfulness and excellent customer service that counts! Check out the pics! How come opticians twice the size of this place have a quarter of the selection in eyeglass frames? I've never had to wait at this place, they come out to serve you the moment you walk in, I can't express my gratitude enough for Kanda Optical Milton! Just check out their Google Reviews - has anyone ever been unhappy with this place??? Oh, and I'm an expert at detecting knock-off Rayban glasses. Be careful as I can rhyme off a few optical places in Mississauga that sells 'em. The Rayban sunglasses at Kanda Optical are genuine. (Hint: It is the presence or absence of the patented hinges on the sunglasses that makes them easiest to detect!) So thank you Tanveer and Kiran Pal at Kanda Optical Milton. You came very well recommended from the Desi community here in Milton and I should have frequented your establishment sooner. (Oh and eye exams are $60.00 here. Whereas they're $109.00 at the dysfunctional places I frequented before coming to Kanda Optical.)
