Shari, Mike, and staff are always welcoming and courteous. We had a slight mix up in our appointment and they kindly accommodated despite a busy afternoon before a holiday. My family lives overseas and we continue to come back to Webster Eye Care Associates each year for our exams and new lenses or frames. Shari provides thorough exams and information on our family's eye health. Mike will bend over backwards to help you find the right look and high-quality lenses and frames for a good price. We could get lenses and frames for much less money where we live, but you can't beat the quality and service that Webster Eye Care Associates provides.

Don't go here. When you have a problem and really need them they will tell you it will be 2 months to get in. Even when we found a dr. to go to quickly they wouldn't even tell my husband the brand of contact he wore. "hippa" They just lost all three of us as patients.

Anyone who can laugh at my Dad jokes deserves high praise. AND the service and care are second to none. I have had glasses since 2nd grade, and these guys are Da Bomb.

While visiting Rochester from out of state my daughter broke her glasses. We stopped in to see if they could help us and I couldn't be happier. Brad went above and beyond and saved our vacation. I highly recomend this buisness.
