The best customer service I have ever witnessed. My glasses broke on my recent trip to Toronto, I went into the store hoping that they could fix them somehow. The lady working went far beyond the call of duty and repaired my glasses for me. Exceptional experience.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a pair of glasses on the Friday before the long weekend from the Brookfiled location. Was told that I had 24 hours to change my mind. But since this location was not open on weekends so I could drop them off at any other location the day after.(She said there was no way I could keep them till the work day after since they had a strict 24 hour policy). So the next day I went across town to their Etobicoke location for returns. Not only did the lady working at the store give my a hard time on returning their glasses, but also told me that she could not find me in their system so I had to go back to the original store for returns, even after I brought in all my receipts and everything required. I finally returned them on the Tuesday after from the same store I bought them from, after having to explain myself again. The lady worked at the store again was not friendly at all, did not apologize for all the hassles they gave their customers and asked me why I wanted to return them. Will definitely not purchase from this store again.
