Absolutely wonderful experience here. Mario is exemplary; a model for how an optometrist should be with patients/customers. Highly recommended.

I’ve always gone here with my family since I was young. Mario is so kind and willing to help you find the right model glasses and make sure it’s the right fit for you. Really appreciate this kind of service.

My family and I have been long-time customers of Hakim for many, many years. I have unequivocally received the best service of any Optical Store in Toronto, without a doubt. Tammy is very knowledgeable and helpful and Mario is outstanding. Mario will do anything he can to help or assist you and always listens to his customers. I recommend Hakim Optical highly as does my husband and son. Thank you Tammy, Mario and all the staff for outstanding service!

I got my first ever prescription Eye Glass from this store more than ten years ago, and ever since then I have been always coming to this store and referring to my friends as well. This was all because of the really good people there, with full knowledge of what they do, the respect to customers , etc. They make you feel like a family and you know that's all you need especially when you look for a safe treatment for your eyes. More than anything Mario is The One! He is the best!! Thankyou Mario!!

A clean, well-lit place staffed by people who are both knowledgeable and kind. I've shopped here for years, and have never been disappointed. They are particularly efficient when it comes to last-minute eyeglasses crises. Absolutely top of the line service.
