UPDATE: The area manager contacted me directly to discuss the matter. This showed responsibility and customer care. The selection is amazing so I tried a few and picked one. They asked for my insurance info, even though I provided it they said the number doesn't seem right, so I had to go back home and bring the card just to make them see that the number I was giving them was right. This was my first inconvenience. Second was that a week later I got an email to go pick my sunglasses up. Went there tried them and realized the size was wrong. They took them back to fix the order. Third incident was that two weeks later I got an email that my glasses were ready. because of my previous experience I asked them to check the order before I go to the shop. They realized the order was wrong AGAIN! The lens was grey instead of Brown! At this point I am extremely frustrated and what made me even more upset was that they didn't even keep track of how many times this order was messed up. I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for these. The only thing was that after a bunch of back and forth they finally told me now the manager is personally involved in this.

Nice customer service! I had an Eye exam here, my optometrist, Dr. Michelle Low is super nice! She explained everything kindly! I booked my appointment on their website, and no waiting time.

I made sure to go to this Leslieville location because this is where my co-worker went and she advised she had a positive experience. This location has great customer service and a good variety of glasses especially for someone like me that has a rounder face. I only need my glasses to see far distances so it’s not something that I will wear every day. I have only had my glasses two weeks now and so far so good. I’m assuming because my prescription was not a strong one my glasses were only $155 which was a great deal. They are just stylish frames with a regular glass prescription. So I did not get transition lenses or the special blue tint for starring at computer screens. At this price I bought two pairs. I guess the only thing I didn’t like which is why my score is a four is my Optometrist appointment was not on time. She ended up seeing me 30 minutes past my appointment time but she was super nice and apologetic. It was Saturday and busy, so I get it. I was not in a rush to be anywhere anyway. Also I didn’t like that I wasn’t called to pick up my glasses when they were ready. I ended up calling a week after they claimed they would contact me. There was some mix up because I had two pairs. But it wasn’t that serious. It’s not something that would stop me from recommending this place. Parking was not too bad, it’s street parking. I don’t think you can park there during rush hour though. The cost was cheap. I want to say $2 per hour on Queen Street East where the Ollie location is. There is also a Queen Street Car that stops by the location.

Great customer service! My whole family changed over to get our glasses here and it is really affordable with great styles. You get your glasses back quickly and the optometrist is lovely. I’m glad we got one in our neighborhood.
