Outstanding customer service! The woman who helped me did an amazing job. She made sure to keep me within my budget and also adjusted an old pair of sunglasses for me. Very grateful for all of her help. Definitely will be coming back for my next pair of glasses.

Small store but a wide variety of styles nonetheless. Friendly staff, very efficient. Not a two hour turnaround for your glasses like the big chains, but a much nicer experience. Far less emphasis on buying just because of the fashion brand name, which is the way the big chains are laid out. The prices seemed very good, I was able to ge a very stylish pair of quality frames under budget. A first for me.

Just have to say that this small eye glasses boutique store is top notch with product quality and service. Each time I have gone there, even for small things, I feel like I am treated like a Tiffany's customer. Gary and his staff are all so accommodating. So Nice to have it in the neighbourhood.

The Steve Jobs wannabe son of the owners is a rude nerd. Just saw him giving these two young Black boys (under 10 years-old) a hard time behind his store just because they were playing in the parking lot while waiting for their parents. They were doing no harm whatsoever. Captain Turtleneck over there starts pointing at the no parking signs as if it was evidence that the boys should scram - giving them a real guilt trip. Then the boys’ dad shows up and he’s jacked as all hell and the dude starts changing his story and cowering, making up some story about heroin syringes and how he was just trying to protect them. It was beautiful. Jacked dad stared him right down. It looked to me like he didn’t like these boys for “another” reason, if you catch my drift...
