I have been using Modern Optical for my eye glasses needs since 1992. What I love most about Cathy, Jamee and the rest of the team at Modern Optical is that I can walk in alone, get superb guidance and assistance in selecting frames that look fantastic - not glasses that are just sitting on my face. I ALWAYS receive unsolicited compliments on how great my glasses look. Of course, the after-sales service is excellent and the quality is perfect. Let me add that most times when I got new glasses the frames were very different from my past glasses which makes it hard to select them. But the Modern Optical team helps select the frames that look best on you. Even if it is bit far for you, take the time and visit the shop - it will be worth it.

I had a wonderful experience here! Jamee and Kathy have great customer service skills. I received great advice and suggestions regarding frames that suit my face shape. The staff were very knowledgeable in terms of lenses and gave great guidance on what one to choose. If you're in the area, or the Danforth area, I 100% recommend Modern Optical.

I had an amazing experience. Jamee helped me find the perfect frames quickly. I got a great deal. I might have preferred trying on fewer lenses but in the end, I love my glasses.

Amazing service! Kathy and Jammie are very nice and go through your shopping experience step by step. I scheduled an appointment for an eye test and the optometrist was really nice, but what got me was Kathy's great attention. We came back a couple days later to choose a frame and since the moment my husband and I stepped in we felt like this place was different and unique. We were treated with so much kindness and the best part is that they took the time until I found the right glasses for me. Location is really convenient, close to TTC and for every question you have, there's always going to be a good answer. I love my new glasses and I'm so happy with their service. I'll recommend them 100%. They make you feel like family.

I had a wonderful experience here! The service was amazing. I received great advice and suggestions on glasses that suit and didn't suit the structure of my face. The staff I found were highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy glasses and/or contact lenses.
