Been going here for years. Very accommodating and friendly staff. They give good promotions and will work with your budget accordingly. Feel free to bring your kids, coz if youre lucky when they are not busy, they could also baby sit your kids so you can focus on choosing your eyeglasses. Will definitely keep on ckming back even if I live in Oakville!

Terrible terrible store. Do not come here to purchase anything. You will walk out feeling cheated and scammed. The service and attitude of the owner (old short lady with dyed purple hair) is embarrassing. She is extremely rude and unprofessional and this attitude is clearly trickled down to the rest of her staff. They are dishonest to their clientele and flat out lies in order to make a sale. Long story short, I came here to purchase glasses and specifically asked for the thinnest lenses possible. They gave me a quote and I must have triple checked with them if this quote was for the thinnest lenses possible (as it really mattered to me). They reassured me at every stage in my purchase and said we wouldn't be dishonest to our customers. I get my glasses and notice that my lenses are unusually thick (compared to all my other glasses at the same prescription). So I inquire and it turns out that they did not order the thinnest lenses. They explained to me that the thinnest lenses are "1.74 index" and my order slip noted "1.67 index" - they then tried to brush me away rudely, telling me that it is my problem. I told them that I (and the average customer) is not informed in these technical metrics. When you show me an "index number", that makes no sense to me. That is why I have asked you numerous times verbally when I made my order whether I am getting the thinnest lenses. I trusted you and you flat out lied to me. They did not own up to their mistake and immediately began yelling. The owner in particular was very rude and did not attempt to understand my complaint. She kept telling me that I received a fair price for the lenses, and that it was my problem so I should leave. The problem wasn't about the price, it was that I didn't receive the desired product that I instructed for. After a lengthy argument, they finally understood my complaint but downplayed the dishonesty involved. I believe that in such a situation, I should be ordered a new pair of lenses (the thinnest) on the house or at the cost of the manufacturer - as it seems like a fair solution to remedy the horrendous service and the initial mistake, which they made. The owner wanted an extra $100 for ordering me a new pair of lenses as "compensation" to her store for an additional order of lenses. I was able to get it down to $50 but I feel totally scammed. That $50 includes a profit margin for the store... it's definitely not at the cost to the manufacturer. She took my old lenses and said I wasn't getting them back either when the new ones come. So basically... I paid full price for the messed up lenses and another $50 on top to get the actual lenses I asked for. What a joke. This place isn't a store, its a money laundering facility. They ask to be paid in cash and request that no pictures are taken. The staff are unreasonable and untrustworthy. The owner has zero business ethics. Their business model is not premised on delivering customer satisfaction but rather cheating their customers for a quick buck. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. I urge everyone to beware of this store.
