i bought a pair of prescribed sunglasses on Jan 3. It was never finished. On Jan 22, I told the owner I needed to travel to the Carribean and would need my glasses, then he said it was not ready, he'd call me back in 2 days. Never happened. By early April I asked him again, he said "believe or not I'm still working on it, give me 2 more days and I'll call you". never happened. By early May (today) he's still saying "I'm working on perfecting it and will call you in 2 days". It has been 4 months since I ordered my glasses. So I invoked Consumer Protection Act, Section Delivery, and insisted on getting a refund. This is unbelievably unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I bought a group on that was supposed to put 245 bucks towards glasses and sunglasses. When I got there the guy sat down with me to work out prices. The cheapest he could do for me was 214 bucks for one pair of glasses. I said to him so your telling me even though I have a high prescription your telling me without the group on the cheapest pair of glasses you'd have for me is 459 dollars. I get all the glasses are designer but that to me is robbery. The store had unpacked boxes everywhere and nobody else was in the store. Pretty sure I know why. This guy is a crook. I'm going to be reporting this to group on.

not bad compared to some fraud opticians in Scarborough but buying glasses online gives you much cheaper price for same quality product

Hidden gem ... great prices ... designer eye wear at low price. No complaints.

This place is wonderful. The owner/ optometrist is a great and kind person and there is a wide selection of designer frames (and cheaper ones too for those who need it!)
