Extremely rude customer service!!! I have always bought my glasses and sunglasses in this place in this past. However, because the sales woman noticed that my husband had bought his glasses elsewhere, she was extremely rude and angry with us despite the fact that we made many attempts to smile and make things right. When I asked her if she would offer any discounts on my glasses, she continued with her rudness and inappropriate comments regarding our planned vacation and the fact that she could not remember the last time she was on vacation. In the end, despite the fact that I really liked the glasses I chose and was ready to pay for them, I felt a nod in my stomach and decided to leave them and walk away. It just did not feel right to pay $898 and feel that terrible inside for no reason at all. I would rather give my money to someone who is happy to have me as a customer.

Great selection of stylish frames. Leanne is talented in choosing frames to suit and has great taste in eyewear. My glasses are awesome. However, I would rather remove my eyeballs with chopsticks than purchase glasses from Eye(z) again. In the famous words of Metalbeard from the Lego Movie, "Ye be warned." Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and will come out of the experience unscathed. For those who have had a brush with the darkness, (1) it's not you, and (2) you're not alone.

Very unprofessional and rude service. I have never been treated this horribly in any retail store. She accused me of not moving forward to purchase at the time (asking me where my wallet was), the owner did not even want to help me with any frame selection accusing me of window shopping when I told her I was referred here by someone (who clearly was wrong as she came a long time ago). She generally refused to serve or help me in any way and said she was busy (I was the only person in the store at the moment) and was unacceptably shockingly disrespectful to a pleasant eager potential buyer... not sure if she was having a bad week, day, but no one should ever be treated that way. I will never go back there or recommend this service to anyone.

Outstanding service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those claiming under a military claim as they offer a discount. I was served promptly and wasn't pushed into buying a pair I didn't want or couldn't afford. I took my time and there wasn't a hint of annoyance on the staff member's part. When I said I needed a day to decide on a pair, the sets I was deciding between were ready for me when I returned. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommended over those chain store opticians. If there was a rude staff member (as in other posts), I'd say that that has been taken care of.
