Very unique glasses in all shapes and colours. A store full of statement pieces. Friendly and patient staff. Julia Rapp really knows what looks good on a face. Let her advise you!

I found Rapp optical to be very snotty and overpriced and I was there almost 2 years ago, still remember that feeling of not being welcomed. I purchased a pair of Evergreen glasses and a junior girl served me with no interest in helping me find a nice frame that worked with the shape of my face. I explained I wanted something that looked professional without being too trendy, she didn't have a care in the world. I am going elsewhere...they only value certain clients's business. And I agree with the reviewer who wrote about Roshad Optical, the owner couldn't have been nicer when she served my husband who went shopping for his frames.

I spent a couple of hour looking through all the different glasses. The staff was super helpful and patient. There's a very large selection, they don't have brands, just interesting styles from zany to minimalistic.

Helpful, knowledgable and and precise. They have high standards and it shows! Glasses are an investment worth making here. They also have a massive variety of glasses ranging in style.

Cool selection but very overpriced. None the less I made a purchase. Less than 2 weeks later their frames began to fall apart, they wouldn't issue me a refund.. they were actually rude about saying i didnt care for them. Once they have your money the sale is over I took their product to another store ( rahsad optical)right down the street and they helped me solve the problem. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemies. Steer clear. Terrible pretentious business practices. Don't bother trying to escalate to the owner, she's even worse.
