We get all our optical products from Jackie and wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere. The service she provides is second to none. There have been many times over the years that she has gone above and beyond to help us out….whether ordering our regular prescriptions in a timely manner, sourcing hard to find specialty items, or ordering replacement products because of unexpected accidents (happens a lot with 3 kids in the family!), Jackie always makes sure we get what we need. Service is always quick and efficient, with a smile : ) Happy to highly recommend!

I am a long time customer of Theodore & Pringle Optical in the Loblaws on High Tech Road. I no longer work in the area but travel a long way to order my contact lenses and prescription glasses at this store because of Jackie. She is so helpful and gives me great customer service. I always ask if she’s working on the day I travel to the store. Honestly, if it weren’t for Jackie, there is a Loblaw store just ten minutes from where I live but I prefer to see her. She is always a big help and I really appreciate her knowledge and advice. Thanks Jackie! You are the best!!

I cannot tell you how fabulous Jackie is at this Theodore and Pringle located in the Loblaws in Richmond Hill. As a long long time customer....when I walk in to see her , she is up..out of her chair with at least 3 options of frames for me to choose. I am happy to say...her first choice was the one I purchased. Fastest purchase EVER on my part. Everything about the experience was top notch!!
