Great service from Kristan. Who was able to repair my broken arms on my 2 pair of glasses. She was polite and engaging and provided options rather than trying to sell me a new pair. I was able to replace a frame on another pair of glasses for 80% off. Thank you Kristan.

wow amazing service! I needed my first pair of glasses and this location had an outstanding selection it was almost overwhelming. I was dealing with a representative named kristan, she was a huge help and was able to narrow down what frame shape looked best with my face. She was super nice and knowledgeable, i ended up buying more than 1 pair. Thank you for the help!

Best service! I will be recommending this location to my friends and family! Kristan took the time to show me around the store multiple times with patience until I found a pair of glasses I loved.. I even got 2!!! Thank you !!!!

Oh, don't come to this location. As soon as you walk up to the counter, they give you the highest price they can come up with, tacking on everything they can for the highest price they can charge you without explaining anything. Two pairs of eye glasses, 700 dollars. What the hell am I being charged 700 dollars for? Well, who knows, receptionist points to a chart saying that I need to pay more for thin frames, because if I'm going to get any glasses I need the thinnest possible ones, like I'm buying the latest Iphone. So, after saying that I don't want that, she quotes 300 dollars, but somehow 300 becomes 500 after her calculation. Where did this extra 200 come from? Is tax suddenly 66%? How does a 300 cost become 500? Well, I didn't care enough to find out, and cancelled the order, deciding to go to the Upper James location instead. If you're going to try and upsell, maybe you should be clear on what you're throwing in instead of just jacking up the price randomly. I would not recommend this location at all unless you want to blow more money on glasses than necessary without even knowing what you're getting or why. On top of that, she seemed almost reluctant to have me put in my email for an email receipt. That's kind of fishy, as though they want to lose your order because they know their shoddy work might be called into question, and if there's no paper trail it's easier to deny their customer. Today as I was going through all that, while she was putting my info into the computer too, she started attempting to deal with the next customer, because obviously dealing with your current one first isn't important. It was funny that behind me was a woman that was there to put in a complaint, almost made me laugh that she wanted to move me to the side, and then has the next person there to complain that they've messed something up.
