Best client service. Special thanks goes to Vasiliki for being the loveliest person to deal with. Adore my custom glasses. Will certainly be back for for another pair!

Great service and support provided by the whole team especially Niraj and Layla. I hope I will not lose my glasses again. But, definitely go back for another pair of bespoke glasses.

Amazing service, Niraj and the team were super helpful, they went the extra mile to help me get a frame that (after many years of buying off the shelf) finally fit like a glove. Great team would highly recommend them, and have defiantly become my number one choice going forward.

I chose Tom Davies when other opticians couldn't find the right frame that I was looking for. I was impressed when Tom Davies allowed my glasses to be custom-made with the right style and size that I was looking for. The service offered by a consultant called Niraj was exemplary! He was friendly and approachable as well as helped me a lot through his feedbacks regarding with my choices. Overall I am satistifed with my new custom-made glasses!
