Without a shadow of a doubt the best optician I've ever been to. Thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't try to hard sell me on anything, and I ended up with a pair of glasses that I love. Make no mistake, this will be more expensive than a high street optician, but in my opinion it's worth every penny.

I had nothing but a positive experience here. Mellisa had vast knowledge, she was patient and happy to answer the many questions I had. Richard was also extremely polite and helpful. After having the difficult decision of having to choose between such a wide range great frames, I left with a pair that I was delighted with.

Really nice consumer experience. During my eye test, I was given a thorough walkthrough of what was being tested, why it was being tested, including a good explanation of the results. I also purchased a pair of glasses without being pushed into a sale unlike many other opticians I've been to in the past. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service at Hodd Barnes & Dickins. They always go above and beyond to be helpful and explain everything. They have always accommodated me when I come lumbering in with 4 kids. I don’t think I have ever received such excellent service!

I broke my glasses and needed something on the spot. They were able to give me some contact lenses While they made my glasses up in an hour. Great service and beautiful glasses
