Avoid these opticians at all costs. The service here is the worst service I have ever received at any optician or doctors office. The staff does not answer the phone and cuts off your phone calls. When you go in person, you wait really long before being served and then the staff can not find your records or their system is down again. I recently placed an order for contact lenses there and prepaid the entire amount. My lenses were promised for home delivery but was lost and I was without lenses for weeks. The staff was unhelpful and rude. Please do not use these opticians. Go anywhere else but here. I can not recommend strongly enough to avoid these opticians.

Make sure to see Sandra, incredibly helpful and single handedly moved me from Vision Express. Top notch.

Hopeless. They never seems to be able to find my records. Then when they do they are the out of date records. Often wait ages. I have given up on Boots opticians because they are so incompetent. I don't know if it's this branch that is particularly bad but i wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Customer service are very rude! I always struggle to get my prescription and are constantly telling me that I need to get an eye test. Avoid

I was informed the optometrist was running 10 minutes late. at 20 minutes after my appointment time was told they would be another 5 minutes. after waiting for 30 minutes for a booked appointment and still no sign of optometrist I had to leave to return to work. could have phoned me prior to appointment to let me know running late and could have been better at estimating how long I would actually have to wait rather than just making it up.
