It has been 12 days already and I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive.

Aug 2, 2017
Really disappointing service. Ordered glasses on the 20th of June and requested they be posted to my house when ready. Received an email on the 5th of July saying they were ready at the store for collection. I called and asked again that they be posted to my house due to me traveling, as discussed and agreed when payment was made. Returned home on the 28th of July and the glasses had still not arrived. Proceeded to call the store to request they be posted again. I was told they were being sent out next day without fail. Recieved another call on the 31st of July to inform me the glasses had a scratch on the lens and they needed to get them done again. Obviously the lenses had not been checked when they arrived to the store 5th of July. Really poor customer service and workmanship, 7 weeks and £800 later and I still don't have the glasses. I would advise you go elsewhere for you glasses. Still waiting. Not impressed at all.

Not the most welcoming atmosphere here. They hire pretty young ladies standing there chatting with each other and don't want to spend time answering questions from customer. Don't expect any smile from them. And I feel like a criminal occupying more than one minute of her life with the nasty impatient look I get throughout the conversation. It's the sort of 'rude attitude expressed in a nice way' so you can't even complain about it if you know what I mean. I guess that's a common trick SAs do now.
