Switching from Spec-savers to Boots is by far the best decision I have made for my contact lenses. Great service, comfortable lenses, no hassle if I am in a pickle during the day and have left my glasses at home. Looking forward to trying out the glasses range in the next few months. Well done Moorgate team, from a very happy customer.

Just had my appointment with Kate - amazing experience! Very attentive and friendly team, absolutely happy with the services provided. Highly recommend!

Although the eye test was very good, the delivery of the glasses has not gone so well, after waiting 8 days I was informed that due to a 'mishap' with the delivery, i.e. lost in transit I now have to wait a further 7 days for my glasses. Boots haven't lived up to expectations and have failed to ensure that my priority delivery isn't actually a priority as I still have to wait the standard 7 days.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was seen by Kate and Raj who are both a credit to the branch. All in all, a pleasant experience.
