I have been going to these guys for over 8 years now. Have never been disappointed with their product. Last pair of glasses I bought lasted 4 years for me, which I use daily and heavily. Service has already been great as the last time I had issues they fixed it right away for free. Price is also affordable for quality frames and lenses.

I agree with those who have given one star. As long as you don't have any issues these guys are great. They were very nice to me the first time I bought my glasses. So I went back 2 years later, and after the doctor tested my vision, I requested for bifocal lenses. Instead of advising me of the cost etc. they went ahead and made me a new pair which was for long distance (which I don't need) and replaced my old lenses for "Regular" ???. I was using my so called "regular" lenses for a while, and one of the nails came off and when I took them back to be fixed, they charged me $12. And while it was being repaired I was using my other pair, which I thought was for reading, but in fact it was for Long distance only, and I was having a hard time reading. When I took it back, they guy was so rude to me, charged me another $ 40 to replace the lenses, and accused me for waiting for this long to come back. I explained that I had not used those glasses all this time, and just started a new job and had a lot of reading to do. But that was not helpful. He was pretty rude and put the blame on me. Insisting that he explained to me about it and bifocals are much more expensive than the price that my benefits covered, etc. But why was that not explained to me? Had I known, I would have paid the extra price to get a proper pair of glasses instead of ruining my eyes. Never will go back there again. And if you chose to go this place, just know what you are in for.

I've been going here for myself and my family members for more than 15 years, so far excellent service with nearly half the price of any other places. The best thing about them the most is free repair service even after the warranty expires.
