Great service. My rimless eyeglasses that i i bought bridge from them years ago had its bridge broken recently, and they were able to order a new bridge from Germany and install it for nominal charge. Also, they adjusted my glasses countless times at no charge. I'll only buy glasses from them.

I have been coming here since 2001. I have a complicated lens prescription. The lenses are always correct and the service is kind and meticulous. Worth every penny.

Very professional and to the point. Excellent service. Kassim took an order over the phone for a replacement part of my glasses that broke and had it ready for me in a couple of days. When I came, he installed it in less than 10 minutes.

Amazing customer experience! I went there to have a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses repaired for a missing screw and a lens that popped out. The guy that did the repairs for me (Friday, Dec 28), did it in less than 5 minutes at no charge. He even replaced the nose cushions as they were a bit worn out. I highly recommend this place based on the service I received.

I bought two of my glasses there and I felt nice. Until they sold a pair of Chanel to my girlfriend with scratches on the lenses. The glasses was put on a white board background in store so the scratch was not obvious. We found out a week later when the glasses was kept carefully in box for the whole time. And the sale there just don’t admit it until I found the photo of the glasses I took at the store which has the scratch. Still can be noticed if you really examine carefully. Not only that, the sale also lied in my face saying they won’t sell glasses with faults before I showed him the picture. Glad I took a picture in the store. Won’t go in there again in my lifetime.
