I want so badly to write a 5* review for this place, but I can't - because the "universal" frame they offer just doesn't look good on me. I wish there were 2-3 frame choices, because everything else about this company is amazing. I love the fact that they are a sustainable company, the beautiful colours they offer, the price, the lifetime warranty...everything but the actual frame. I really really really hope they introduce a new style sometime soon, because I would love nothing more than to buy a few frames here!

Two kids, eye exam and glasses! Wow! Great customer service! Great care with the kids. Fantastic price point for the glasses. Kids loved picking the colours for frames. Excellent communication with insurance company. Direct billing for convience!

The team was amazing! This is my second order and I had a better experience than my first. I ordered my prescription sunglasses online and there was a minor hiccup with the prescription due to a website error from Australia HQ. The team quickly remediated the situation by ordering a new pair on rush with no hassle for me to deal with return shipping. Pricing: great price and quality even for the higher end glasses. Online order: seamlessly integrated. The only hiccup was some confusion with Australia doing a manual override due to complexity of my order. Phone touchup: amazing. Team were thorough and timely. The team always communicate technical issues with higher prescription in a concise and easy to understand manner. Shipping: seamless, I got my glasses before I expected.i was able to follow it every step of the way. Follow-up: the team is quick to respond to inquiries and drill down to the report caused. They quickly remediate the situation with no work on my end.

What an amazing experience with Dresden optical on College. Sarah is amazing and was so accommodating when I needed to reduce the size of the glasses. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I love my glasses! I visited Dresden hoping they would have frames that would fit a smaller face and they did! A special thanks to Sarah who helped me with my lenses and the team who were all very welcoming. I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the service. Thank you, Dresden!
