I had been a client at tri-optical for the last 5 yrs at least. Not anymore unfortunately. At the Somerset location, they took my prescription and told me they would call me back whenever my contacts come in. They never called only for me to find out that their location is temporarily closed. I called their T&T location, and told them exactly what had happened. Michael talked to me in the most aggressive rude manner. I told him I didn’t appreciate how he talked and I would probably take my business somewhere else. He hung up on me without any hesitation. When I called back and asked why he did that, he said “well you said you were taking your business somewhere else”. Avoid Michael. Definitely not going back.

Great knowledgable service from a family run business. Easy to work with regarding insurance.

Great service, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Love my glasses!!

Nice professional store with plenty of nice frames but the staff is not all that helpful and the frames break very easily. (my current glasses fell less than a foot off my bed and broke on both sides of the frame.)

The shopping experience at Tri Optical is relaxed - no sneaky sales tactics (like with larger optical stores). The staff here truly want to help you get the perfect pair of glasses. My family will now exclusively deal with Tri Optical for our glasses and contact needs. P.S. Stunning assortment of frames - a well curated collection!
