Had an amazing experience with Tony and Gabriel helping me out today. They both had a good sense of humor and went above and beyond to help with finding the right pair of glasses. Really valued their honesty in their opinions!

I was shopping for glasses when I visited this store and I found a pair I liked. I asked if it was alright if I returned the next day to purchase it and the staff assured me the glasses would be in stock the next day. Turns out the glasses went out of stock the next day and I had to wait 2 months for the store to order them... Two months pass by and I go to the store to purchase the glasses. A staff encouraged me to get blue light protection, again encouraging me that it does not alter the colour of my vision. Again, the staff in this store do not know what they are talking about. This feature significantly alters the glasses, don’t get it unless you enjoy seeing everything with a yellow tint and want lenses that noticeably look blue. The “test lens” they have in store is not representative of how much residual yellow tint and blue light reflection is left in the lens. At least they refunded me. Long story short, I wasted close to 3 months with this store in vain. Do not trust the staff here.. avoid the store if you can.

Ordering glasses has never been so easy. Affordable prescription glasses and sunglasses. Glasses get even more cheaper during sale.

Worst customer experience ever!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY YOU WILL SUFFER BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ORDER, THEY DONT GIVE 2 CENTS ABOUT YOU AFTER!. The staff at the store may be nice, though not enough to make up for their inattentiveness and lack of knowledge, the worst is the experience after leaving the store. After placing a 300 $ order for prescription glasses, I am told only at the end of the transaction, that the order will take 2 to 3 business weeks (A freaking custom car takes that long, not a pair of glasses !), when any other eye ware store takes a week. I go home and continue to suffer and struggle with my fading eyesight only to receive, two weeks later, a sarcastic email about how they care about my eyes and the glasses they had originally made "didn't pass the quality test" (either they hire inexperienced people who cant put lenses in a frame or they never placed the order) telling me I have to wait another 2-3 weeks... TOTAL WAIT TIME OF 2 MONTHS for a simple pair of glasses... ABSOLOUTELY RIDICULOUS AND Unacceptable!!!! I will be blind by the time I get them and will have to compromise on buying new eyes so I can afford a lawsuit!!!! BONLOOK more like WORSTLOOK.... Truly disappointed ....... After getting that email the kids they have "managing" the call center in Montreal who don't know the first thing about customer service try to teach me manners through their attitudes and fake apologies..... all in all save your money, time and patience TRUST ME, go anywhere else! I am definitely involving Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and will see what happens... My migraines are so bad all I wanted was to stop them so I went to a "recommended place" to get my money's worth... WORST IDEA EVER!

I came here looking for a new pair of glasses when my prescription changed. Very nice styles I had trouble choosing only one pair! I was very pleased with the service and the price - a lot more affordable than other places I checked out. I received my glasses in just over a week (my prescription is pretty basic so this helped)! They look great! I will definitely be returning.
