I had such an amazing experience here for being a first time patient to any eye doctor after now needing glasses since giving birth to my daughter. I’m also a single mom so I have to bring her everywhere with me and the staff was so accommodating to us, and I was even allowed to nurse her in one of their offices. I’m so glad I came here and would definitely recommend!

6/17 - I had very good service here, both at the time if my initial purchase and when I went back and had a warranty claim. Update 6/18 - I purchased Daily Wear contacts in May and there was a rebate that I had'nt gotten the required exam receipt for, which is required for the rebate. I called them and they emailed my receipt to me in under 2 minutes! On a Saturday! Great staff and great place to go if you need their services.

I'm very disappointed because they were completely incapable of fitting me with contacts. I went through at least 15 trial pairs over two months saw both of the doctors and still didn't get the correct contacts I had to ask for a refund twice before they final gave me my money back. If you need astigmatism contacts, take your money elsewhere.
