I'll start with the good: The staff was very friendly, the process went smoothly other than that and I felt like everyone was very informed and helped me with the issues that I was having. I genuinely feel as though they were able to actually fix and explain the eye issues I had been having and overall, I'm happy with that. That being said, my experience overall didn't go very well.I made an initial appointment here telling them I have never had glasses but wanted to have an exam done, was given a time for my eye exam and that was it (as I would assume it should be) When I arrived they did two tests, the regular eye test and then did an exam with eye drops, which made my sight very blurry which is what they normally do. While my sight was blurry, I was asked to pick out lenses.. but I couldn't see very well and I had said this. I ended up picking a lense I was very unsure of. As I was paying and leaving, I asked how long the blurriness would last which I was informed could last a few hours!! I really wish they would of warned me about seeing as I came alone and was driving. I had to sit in my car and wait for the drops to mostly wear off, which they really hadn't. I ended up needing to call a family member to take a cab to come drive my car and then ended up being late for the rest of my day. Later when I went back to pick up the lenses I ended up not really loving them since I hadn't quite been able to see them when picked. I just wish they would warn people on either bringing someone for the appointment or opting out of the eye drops situation as no warning was given to a time frame. I had clearly come alone carrying my car keys.
